In this article Steve describes the many benefits of serving as a Baldrige Examiner including comments from the field including my comment:
“The experience as a Baldrige examiner is a triple play of learning, networking and service to another organization. First, you get the experience of looking under the hood of very good organizations and analyzing those organizations’ systems, from leadership to results. Second, you get to meet, work with and learn from some of the finest people and experts in the country. Third, you get to provide valuable feedback that contributes to the performance excellence journey of an organization. You just can’t get that kind of return anywhere else.”
